The Bihari Bachelor Cookbook is an intangible digital product (128-page PDF) that is delivered instantly and electronically to your device and email immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Because the full product is delivered and accessible in real-time, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated.
2. Exceptional Circumstances & Duplicate Charges
We are happy to issue a prompt resolution or refund in the following rare events:
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a network glitch or gateway timeout, the duplicate charge will be refunded back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Failed Delivery / Technical Glitch: If you paid but did not receive the download link and our support team cannot deliver the file within 24 hours of receiving your support email, a full refund will be initiated.
